Day Camp Leaders Guide and Forms
These are the forms and information for Cub Scout Day Camp. Please note that Additional T-Shirts as well as T-Shirts for Adults and Sibling may be ordered using the registration forms below. T-Shirts are $8 for youth medium to Adult XL and $10 for 2XL and 3XL. If Larger than 3XL is needed, please feel free to order but these sizes are not guaranteed to be the same color as Camper shirts.
