The 2013 National Jamboree is approaching fast. The French Creek Council's patch set for this Jamboree commemorates the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Lake Erie. The set includes 5 unique Council Shoulder Strips and 1 center hub. The hub features James Madison, who was President of the United States of America during the War of 1812 and the Battle of Lake Erie. The Council Shoulder Strips depict various scenes from the Battle of Lake Erie including Oliver Hazard Perry, ship building, The Niagara in battle, a cannon from the Brig Niagara, and a 'boarding' party.
