Den Leaders, Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Commissioners, Assistant Leaders, Event Leaders, Committee Chairs, Event Coordinators, and even event participators hold the scouting organization together. Each position requires different levels of commitment, scouting knowledge, and training. They ALL require good character, patience, effective communication skills and good organization. Leaders come from all different backgrounds and occupations offering a different piece to the scouting puzzle. One of the best ways to learn about these positions is to talk to an experienced and respected leader.
